Lisa Fedon, Wire Sculptures
I was looking for some wire sculpture examples and found these by Lisa Fedon. Besides the fact that I’m a big fan of Mr. Woody Allen, these sculptures are fantastic. I’m not sure how she achieved the shirt. Looks too delicate for wire mesh.

I think the effect of plaid may be created by using screen.
If you are into Fedon, be sure to check out Alexander Calder, the (possible) founder of wire portraiture. The Whitney in New York has a retrospective review of his Paris years on display until the 15th of February (http://www.whitney.org/www/calder/). It features an entire circus, which Calder displayed for the likes of Mondrian, Duchamp, Miro and the Parisian ilk. The man has an obvious sense of humor and perhaps the most commercially viable design sensibility of the Abstraction-Création.
