Mr. Phillips creates houses from salvaged materials ranging from branches to corks to wine bottles to picture frames. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The New York Times ran a <a href="http://www.nytimes.com/slideshow/2009/09/02/garden/20090903-recycled-slideshow_index.html?emc=eta3">slideshow of homes built by Dan Phillips</a>.  Mr. Phillips creates houses from salvaged materials ranging from branches to corks to wine bottles to picture frames.
